Meet Our New COO, Stephanie Grant!

With great excitement, we announce the promotion of Stephanie Grant to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Excel Courier, Inc., effective January 1st, 2024.   

Alignment with Excel Courier's Strategic Goals 

Stephanie is excited to lead several initiatives to take Excel Courier to new heights. These initiatives will primarily focus on improving operational efficiency, encouraging innovation, and expanding the range of services offered to meet the evolving needs of clients. Her vision is to streamline internal processes, increase market presence, and make a significant contribution to the overall success of Excel Courier.

Previous Roles and Accomplishments 

Stephanie's impressive career with Excel Courier started in 2005, and each one of her roles significantly prepared her for the challenges and responsibilities of her current position as COO. She joined Excel Courier as Director of Operations, where she excelled for 16 years. During her time as Director of Operations, her dedication to excellence was evident in everything she did, from how she trained and mentored her team to how she interacted with clients.

Her resilience, strength in adversity, leadership skills, and vision were essential in pivoting her career toward Executive Vice President in 2022 before ultimately taking on the role of COO.   

Stephanie credits her success and growth to those who supported her along the way. Excel Courier's CEO, Chris Marchetti's mentorship, honesty, and belief in her abilities empowered her. Her operations team worked hard to execute her ideas and help her establish a culture of teamwork and customer service. It was her own hard work and dedication that were instrumental in her growth, by putting in the time and effort every day.

Stephanie says her leadership style can be described as collaborative. As she puts it, she's a leader who, "values and recognizes the unique strengths and perspectives that each member of her team brings to the table. You need to be collaborative in this position." She understands that fostering a culture of teamwork is essential for driving sustainable growth and achieving long-term success.
