About Excel Courier
Excel Courier is a 24/7/365 same-day delivery and logistics service that has been serving the Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Richmond metro communities since 1986. We specialize in high-touch communication, meaning we are with you every step of the delivery with touchpoints and updates directly from our on-site client service representatives.
You now have access to a network of over 250 drivers with an entire fleet selection ranging from cars to tractor-trailers.
Our team is here to ensure your onboarding and continued experience are top-notch.
How To Use Your Account
No account setup needed. Your information will be entered into our system for an August 1 start date. We're here to make the process easy for you!

Where do I place a courier order?
You can place an order 24/7 using our online client portal, calling 703-478-0140, or emailing excelcourier@excelgroup.com . A link and training resources are available in the How to Place an Order section above. The link can also be found on our homepage in the top right corner, by clicking the 'Tracking' tab.

Can I schedule recurring or multi-stop deliveries?
Yes! We support both. We can work closely with you to ensure that we help schedule your routes effectively.
If you already have a scheduled run with QMS, we will transfer it to our system.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH, credit card, and checks. A full breakdown of options and terms is available in the Payment Methods section above.
For reliability and cost efficiency, we recommend ACH payments. Unlike checks, which can be lost, ACH is secure. Note, credit card transactions have a 3% fee.

Can I edit my order online after submitting?
No. To ensure all updates are handled promptly, online orders cannot be edited after submission. To change an order, please call our 24/7/365 Client Services team at 703-478-0140.

How do I set up a user with an online account?
If you have an account and need a new user added, please reach out to our team at excelcourier@excelgroup.com or 703-478-0140.
Once added, your username will be your email, and we will send you the default password, which can be changed after the first login.
