Reflecting on a Remarkable 2024 and 42 Years In Logistics With CEO, Chris Marchetti

As we approach the end of 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared this year. It’s been a remarkable time of growth, change, and opportunity for Excel Courier. We owe much of this success to our clients' ongoing trust and partnership, along with our team's dedication to delivering their best and recognizing the significance of our work.

This year marked a significant milestone for us: after 11 years in Sterling, Virginia, we moved to a new home in Ashburn, Virginia. It was a big transition, but one that underscores our long-term commitment to serving our clients and growing our team. 

Despite the natural ebb and flow of business, we’ve continued to grow, especially in the Solutions segment. Our success stems from our team's expertise, innovation, and dedication to providing consistent, high-quality service. 

Looking ahead to 2025, we have exciting plans for growth across all aspects of our business—Solutions, Dedicated, and On-demand delivery. 

We’ve also welcomed new team members and embraced new opportunities to chart our path forward. Investing in our people remains a top priority. Through enhanced training, education, and the adoption of new technology— our goal is to keep evolving and improving the services we offer.

This December marked my 42nd year in the logistics industry, with 38 of those years dedicated to growing Excel here in Virginia. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m profoundly grateful for your trust. Working with our exceptional clients and amazing team is the reason we continue to strive for excellence every day.

As the year comes to a close and a new one begins, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone: our clients, drivers, team, and friends who made 2024 such a wonderful year. Your partnership drives everything we do, and we’re excited to accomplish even more together in 2025.
